سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

 

مناطق الشحن: نقوم بالشحن إلى جميع مدن ومناطق المملكة العربية السعودية.

 

مدة تجهيز الطلب: يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1-2 يوم عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب. الطلبات المستلمة في أيام العطل الرسمية تتم معالجتها في يوم العمل التالي.

 

مدة التوصيل: تصل الطلبات عادةً خلال 3-7 أيام عمل داخل المملكة، وقد تختلف المدة حسب المدينة وشركة الشحن.

 

تكلفة الشحن: الشحن مجاني لجميع الطلبات داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.

 

الدفع عند الاستلام: نوفر خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام داخل المملكة.

 

تتبع الشحنة: بعد شحن طلبك سوف تصلك رسالة تحتوي على رقم التتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية.

 

العناوين غير الصحيحة: يرجى التأكد من صحة العنوان ورقم الهاتف عند إتمام الطلب. لا نتحمل مسؤولية تأخر أو فقدان الشحنة بسبب معلومات غير صحيحة.

 

الشحنات المتأخرة أو المفقودة: إذا تأخر طلبك عن المدة المتوقعة، يرجى التواصل معنا على nomanllc0664@gmail.com وسنقوم بمتابعة الشحنة معك.

Shipping areas: We ship to all cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

Order processing time: Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders received on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery time: Orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days inside the Kingdom. Delivery time may vary depending on the city and the courier.

 

Shipping cost: Shipping is free on all orders inside Saudi Arabia.

 

Cash on delivery: Cash on delivery is available inside the Kingdom.

 

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking number by email or SMS.

 

Incorrect addresses: Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect information.
